By accessing the website, requesting a demonstration, onboarding an organization, creating or using an account, or using any SyntaxDocVerify service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and any applicable policies referenced by them.

About SyntaxDocVerify
SyntaxDocVerify is an institutional digital document platform designed to support document verification and related workflows.
Depending on the services enabled for an organization, the platform may support functionality including:

- digital document stamping;
- electronic signatures;
- certificate and credential verification;
- document submission and processing;
- document approval and workflow processes; and
- related institutional document services.
Available functionality may vary according to the organization's configuration, subscription, implementation and applicable service arrangements.
Accounts & Access
Where an organization or user account is required, users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Account credentials should not be knowingly shared with unauthorized persons. Users should promptly report suspected unauthorized access or compromise of their accounts.
Organizations are responsible for managing authorized users, roles and permissions within their configured environment.
Organization Responsibilities
Organizations using SyntaxDocVerify are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful and consistent with their internal policies and applicable requirements.
- maintaining appropriate authorization for users accessing the organization's environment;
- ensuring that information and documents submitted to the platform may lawfully be processed;
- configuring appropriate roles and permissions;
- reviewing documents and workflow actions before they are finalized where required; and
- maintaining appropriate internal procedures for document management and information security.
Documents & Content
Organizations and authorized users retain responsibility for documents, information, certificates, records and other content they submit to or manage through SyntaxDocVerify.
You must not knowingly upload, process, distribute or use content through the platform where doing so would violate applicable law, another person's rights, contractual obligations or organizational policies.
Responsible use
Use the platform only for legitimate institutional or authorized document workflows.
Authentic information
Do not knowingly submit fraudulent, misleading or unauthorized documents.
Authorized access
Access documents and workflows only where you have appropriate authority.
Verification Services
SyntaxDocVerify may provide tools that allow authorized users or third parties to verify documents or document-related information.
Verification results are generated from the information and records available within the applicable SyntaxDocVerify environment at the time of verification.
Organizations remain responsible for the accuracy and validity of information they publish or submit for verification.
A successful online verification should be interpreted according to the verification information presented by the applicable organization and its configured workflow.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse SyntaxDocVerify or attempt to interfere with its operation.
- attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
- bypassing or attempting to bypass security or access controls;
- uploading malicious code, malware or other harmful material;
- using the platform to conduct fraudulent or unlawful activities;
- intentionally submitting false or misleading verification information;
- interfering with the availability, performance or security of the service;
- attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or improperly extract protected platform components; or
- using automated methods to access the platform in a manner that places unreasonable load on the service.
Security
SyntaxDocVerify is designed with security controls intended to protect platform access, organizational information and digital document workflows.
Platform access may be restricted according to authentication, roles and permissions.
Relevant activities may be monitored or recorded for operational security and accountability.
Suspected unauthorized access or security incidents should be reported promptly.
Intellectual Property
SyntaxDocVerify, its software, interface, branding, design elements, documentation, logos, graphics and related platform materials are owned by or licensed to Syntax Software Labs unless otherwise stated.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of SyntaxDocVerify or its underlying technology to users or organizations.
Organizations retain their rights in documents and content they lawfully submit to the platform, subject to the permissions and service arrangements applicable to the use of SyntaxDocVerify.
Third-Party Services
SyntaxDocVerify may integrate with or depend on third-party infrastructure, communication providers, hosting services, payment providers, security services or other external technologies.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Your use of such services may therefore be governed by additional terms applicable to those services.
Service Availability

SyntaxDocVerify is provided to support institutional document workflows and verification processes. Organizations remain responsible for decisions made using their documents, records, workflows and verification results.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users should not treat the platform as a substitute for their own legal, regulatory, professional or institutional review processes.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to SyntaxDocVerify, its services, technology, business operations or applicable requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of the applicable services following an updated version may constitute acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by applicable law.
